NOTICE OF DESIGNATION OF OFFICES AND
MEETING PLACES OUTSIDE THE DISTRICT
TO THE RESIDENTS AND TAXPAYERS OF BAINBRIDGE MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT OF COLLIN COUNTY AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:
TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with Texas Water Code, Chapter 49.062, the Board of Directors of Bainbridge Municipal Utility District of Collin County (the "District") has, on July 8, 2025, established offices and the following meeting places outside the boundaries of the District: (i) Winstead PC, 2728 N. Harwood Street, Suite 500, Dallas, Texas 75201, was designated as an office and meeting place outside the boundaries of the District and may be used for the storage of District records, for the mailing address of the District, and for the transaction of such business as is not required to be done within the District; (ii) Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc. 400 North Oklahoma Drive, Suite 105, Celina, Texas 75009 and 13455 Noel Road, Two Galleria Office Tower, 1st Floor Boardroom, 7th Floor Boardroom, 9th Floor Boardroom Dallas, Texas 75240, was designated as offices and meeting places outside the boundaries of the District and may be used for the storage of District records and the receipt and opening of public bids; (iii) Dye & Tovery LLC, 2321 Coit Road, Suite B, Plano, Texas 75075 was designated as an office and meeting place outside the boundaries of the District and for the purposes of storage of bookkeeping records; and (iv) Green Brick Partners, Inc., 5501 Headquarters Drive, Suite 300W, Plano, Texas 75024, was designated as an office and meeting place outside the boundaries of the District.
Said offices and each of the above listed meeting places is declared to be a public place, and the public is hereby invited to attend all meetings of the District, including those at any of the above designated locations.
YOU WILL THEREFORE TAKE NOTICE OF THE FOREGOING FACTS.
