NOTICE OF CONSTABLE SALE REAL PROPERTY (Sale to be held as near to 10:00 AM as possible) By virtue of an ORDER OF SALE issued by the 494th District Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 6th day of March, 2025, in the case of: Wylie Independent School District / Collin County / Collin County CCD vs Heirs and Unknown Heirs of Purvis Griffis, ET AL. Case: 494-02977-2023, and directed and delivered to me as Constable Precinct 2, Collin County, Collin County, Texas, I have levied upon this 7th day of March, 2025, and will, between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm, on the first Tuesday of August, 2025, it being the 5th day of said month, at the courthouse door of Collin County, Texas, proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder with cash in hand, unless otherwise exempted, all the right, title and interest which the said The Heirs and Unknown Heirs of Purvis Griffis Et Al., had of, in and to the following described real property, to-wit: TRACT 1: GEO: R074900003401 LOT 34 OF THE GLAD ACRES ADDITION, LAKE LAVON, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED IN VOLUME 3703, PAGE 224 OF THE COLLIN COUNTY DEED RECORDS. TRACT 2: GEO: R074900003501 LOT 35 OF THE GLAD ACRES ADDITION, LAKE LAVON, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, 1129 LYNDA LANE, AS DESCRIBED IN VOLUME 3703, PAGE 224 OF THE COLLIN COUNTY DEED RECORDS. Said property is levied upon as the property of Heirs and Unknown Heirs of Purvis Griffis, ET AL. and will be sold to satisfy a judgment rendered in the said Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 18th day of November, 2024, in favor of Wylie Independent School District / Collin County / Collin County CCD and against the said Heirs and Unknown Heirs of Purvis Griffis, ET AL. for the sum of $756.79 representing delinquent taxes for Tract 2 for tax years 2021 – 2023 for Collin County and Collin County CCD, penalties, interest, attorney’s fees through date of judgment, post judgment penalties and interest recoverable by law, $3,301.00 court costs, and further costs of executing this writ.
