A brief statement of the nature of the suit is as follows, to-wit; This proceeding concerns one Note and Deed of Trust as that term "Loan Agreement" (collectively) is generally defined in Tex. Bus. & Com. Code ¤26.02. The Loan 44-24-00014 / Reeves 3 Agreement is secured by the real property, fixtures and improvements commonly known as 5212 Quail Creek Dr., McKinney, Texas 75072 ("Property"), and more particularly described as follows: LOT 49, BLOCK D, OF QUAIL CREEK, PHASE III, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MCKINNEY, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME G, PAGE 667, OF THE MAP AND PLAT RECORDS OF COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS. SUZAN B. REEVES AKA SUZON REEVES AKA SUZON BOUNDS and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF JOHN G. REEVES, are potential parties in interest: LOT 49, BLOCK D, OF QUAIL CREEK, PHASE III, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MCKINNEY, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME G, PAGE 667, OF THE MAP AND PLAT RECORDS OF COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS. Commonly known as 5212 Quail Creek Dr., McKinney, TX 75072. As is more fully shown by Plaintiff's Petition on file in this suit.
